strengths and areas for improvement. The program’s goal is to elevate athletes to a level

How It Works
1. Assess
- Start with a 3D Motion Capture Assessment at P3 to measure movement efficiency, compare metrics to collegiate averages, and identify performance gaps.
2. Train
- Spend two immersive days at P3 with individualized training designed by expert coaches.
- Take home a customized program tailored to your biomechanics, strengths, and areas for improvement.
3. Support
- Receive ongoing bi-monthly video calls with a senior P3 coach for program review, guidance and recommendations.

Do I need to come to P3 in person?
Yes, the program starts with in-person assessment and training in Santa Barbara or Atlanta. We don't program for athletes before understanding their unique needs.
Can this program compliment my current training?
Absolutely. P3 will review team-based programs to identify gaps and develop complimentary programming to address most important needs. P3 is also able to work with private trainers or training facilities to share assessment findings and recommended training strategies based on assessment results.
How often do I check in with a coach?
You’ll have bi-monthly video calls to review progress and ask questions.
